At Furniture City, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture items in their original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  Disassemble the item if necessary and ensure it is placed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized furniture logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient window for white-glove pickup from your residence.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a standard restocking fee.
